Shipping Policy

We are based in Suzhou, China. All items are handmade and shipped directly from our workshop.

Regions We Ship To
We currently ship to the Continental United States (48 contiguous states). We DO NOT ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally outside the contiguous United States.

Shipping Options
1. Standard Shipping
- Processing time: 2–5 business days (hand-made items require preparation time).
- Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days after dispatch.
- Cost: Flat rate for orders under $199. FREE on orders of $199 and above.
- Tracking is provided, but some intermediate scan updates may not be available.

2. Express Shipping (DHL / FedEx)
- Processing time: 2–5 business days.
- Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- Cost: Additional fee for orders under $299. FREE on orders of $299 and above.
- Full end-to-end tracking and expedited customs clearance.

Important Notes
‑ Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in China and destination countries.
‑ Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs inspection may cause unexpected delays beyond our control.
‑ Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees or taxes charged by your local government.
‑ We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
‑ Please double‑check your shipping address. We cannot reroute packages once shipped.
