ONE Keep custom commissions
- After checkout, email your photograph and chosen size, or use the contact page. We will confirm timing and any price adjustment before stitching begins.
- Custom portraits are one of one and final sale. They cannot be cancelled once stitching has started.
- Finished artwork is 100% hand-embroidered; slight variations in silk tone and texture are natural and are not defects.
- With your consent we may display the completed portrait in our portfolio. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
- Design copyright of every completed work remains with ONE.
Care
Silk embroidery should be kept away from water, perfume, lotion and direct sunlight. Damage caused by improper care is not covered by warranty.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
