Processing time
ONE Wear (jewellery): ready-to-ship pieces are prepared within 2–4 business days.
ONE Keep (custom portraits): each portrait is hand-embroidered to order. Please allow 8–12 days for embroidery, plus 1–2 days for framing and packing, before shipment.
Shipping & delivery
All orders ship from Suzhou, China, with tracking. Delivery to the United States typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on customs and your location.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs; any import duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Order changes
For ONE Keep commissions, please review your photograph and size carefully. Once stitching begins, the commission cannot be changed or cancelled.
